SCREW IN POINT BREAKAGE POLICY:

If a screw in point breaks where finish from us has been applied then those points will we replaced free of charge. We will require photo proof of the broken point.

If a screw in point breaks at the break point (just in front of the nut) no refund or replacement will be given as this is the nature of the points and something completely out of our control.
